La posizione vicino al laghetto crea un’atmosfera rilassante e tranquilla, perfetta per chi vuole riposarsi dopo le visite ai templi e alle meraviglie della città.

Le camere erano pulite, accoglienti e ben curate. Hassan e il suo staff sono stati sempre gentili e disponibili, facendoci sentire come a casa.

The location right by the water is absolutely stunning!
The hotel has a beautifully relaxed and stylish atmosphere, with palm trees in the background that make it feel like a peaceful oasis. It’s the perfect place to unwind.

Our room was very spacious. Not overly luxurious, but comfortable and clean, with a beautiful view over the water.
The swimming pool was also really enjoyable and a great place to relax.

The food was good, and the staff were friendly, calm, and welcoming, which added even more to the laid-back vibe.

A truly beautiful and memorable stay in Luxor; we would definitely recommend it!

A huge plus for the team, who are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always helpful—it really makes a difference. The food is excellent, the pool is great, and the location is ideal to fully enjoy your stay.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We went for dinner at this beautiful hotel in Luxor as recommended by our tour guide. It was the most gorgeous atmosphere and setting and we had a table outside right by the lake under the stars. The host Hassan was very welcoming and brought over a chair for my son’s soft toy to sit on and blankets when we got chilly. The food was lovely, fresh bead with the most amazing dips and lots of vegetation options as well as reasonably priced. It was very quiet and peaceful and I would consider staying here if I ever return for sure.

☺We had the most amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and everything is very clean and comfortable. The pool is great!! The hotel is 3min walking to the Nile River where you can grab a motorboat or ferry to the other side of the Nile. Would definitely come back here!!

☹The road to the hotel is a bit dirty (lot of trash) but the owner of the hotel was so kind to show us a different path

Le personnel est attentionné, bien formé. Le restaurant est bon, petit déjeuner très plaisant. 
Bref tout est à recommander dans cet hôtel.

 8.0Verified ☺Hôtel bien situé, le cadre est très joli et agréable. Chambre confortable et propre. Piscine également propre et appréciable. Employés très souriants et très serviables. Bon petit déjeuner. Le gérant de l'hôtel m’a de suite mise à l’aise quand je l’ai rencontré au petit déjeuner.

☹C’est un détail mais il serait bien de mettre des draps plus neufs. Le mien était plein de petites bouloches, pas très agréable pour dormir….

Clim un peu bruyante même en mode nuit.

J’avais demandé des renseignements à l'hôtel pour tour et transport avant l'arrivée et le chauffeur de l'hôtel qui, presque à peine montée dans la voiture, à l'aéroport insistait pour établir mon programme pendant ces 2 jours comme il l'entendait lui… donner des conseils ok mais je n’ai pas trop apprécié l'attitude. 

Je suis mitigée car j’avais eu une bonne impression et finalement l’attitude nonchalante lors du paiement me fait presque regretter d'avoir utilisé leurs services alors que voyageuse solo j'aurai pû payer moins cher sur certaines plates-formes ou en direct.  Quand on vient vous remercier et vous dire que l'endroit est agréable, un petit remerciement en retour serait appréciable. Je ne ne me souviens pas d’un "aurevoir "...

☺Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La chambre était calme, et la vue sur le lac très reposante. Nous n’avons pas eu de moustiques du tout, chose dont nous avions peur. Le personnel était très gentil et s’est montré arrangeant pour un early check-in. L’hôtel est bien placé, à quelques pas du Nil pour ceux qui souhaitent aller se balader à pied.
